Refund policy


We hope you wont be disappointed with your purchase but if you need to return something our returns policy is 14 days from the date of your order. We will refund you once the product is unopened, unused, in its original packaging and in the same saleable condition that you received them, along with proof of purchase. Unfortunately outside of the 14 days we are unable to offer a refund. 

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item and shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend you post your item tracked as we cannot accept responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit.

Once the product has been received and inspected we will refund you to the same card you made the original purchase with, minus postage, within 7 business days.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer an exchange on items purchased.

Damaged Goods

If your order arrives damaged for some reason we will issue you a replacement immediately. Please send us photographs of your damaged products to and once inspected we will confirm when we issue a replacement via email.
